About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Upload recordings of Q&A calls promptly for client access
2. Send Zoom meeting recordings to clients after calls
3. Manage and distribute contracts to clients
4. Provide clients with access to courses on Teachable and Udemy
5. Ensure all client accesses are up-to-date and functional
6. Regularly check and update our CRM system for the fulfillment team
7. Maintain accurate and current client information
8. Assist with NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey collection for the fulfillment team
9. Reach out to offboarded clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback
10. Perform various administrative tasks to support our customer success and fulfillment teams
11. Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and improve processes

Other requirements

- 0-1 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or similar role

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Experience with online learning platforms (e.g., Teachable, Udemy) is a plus

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, global environment

- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for helping others succeed online
