Content Coordinator Fresher Job (Remote)

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Content Coordinator for a full-time position, responsible for managing a team of freelance content writers. This pivotal role involves not only collecting content orders from the SEO team and ensuring effective communication with freelancers but also negotiating pricing to strike the optimal balance between cost and quality. The Content Coordinator will oversee the timely delivery of high-quality content and collaborate with our internal Quality Control (QC) team to maintain and elevate content standards.

Key responsibilities:

1. Freelancer Management:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of freelance content writers.
Develop and maintain relationships with freelancers, negotiating terms and pricing agreements.
Provide clear project briefs, guidelines, and expectations to freelancers.
Foster a collaborative and positive working relationship with freelancers to achieve high-quality results.

2. Order Collection and Understanding:

Collaborate closely with the SEO team to understand content requirements and objectives.
Clearly communicate content orders to freelancers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project specifications.

3. Workflow Coordination:

Effectively manage and prioritize content creation workflows with freelancers to meet deadlines.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Align freelancers with SEO strategies and objectives.

4. Quality Assurance:

Coordinate with the internal QC team to implement and maintain content quality standards.
Conduct regular checks to ensure content meets established criteria, providing feedback and corrections as needed.
Implement improvements to the content creation process based on QC feedback and industry best practices.
