Content/Media Specialist Fresher Job (Remote)

As a Content/Media Specialist, you'll shape the public face of Webiniser Ltd by creating, editing, and distributing engaging content think blog posts, short videos, social media snippets, workshop summaries all in a voice that resonates with our ambitious, business-focused audience. You'll work closely with our team, refining raw ideas or transcripts into polished, brand-consistent output.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Editing
- Write or edit blog articles, emails, social media posts, and short summaries from internal meetings/workshops.
- Transform raw insights from experts into clear, concise pieces that fit our tone and style.
2. Multimedia Production
- Develop short videos or audio clips for social platforms, using basic editing software.
- Coordinate with any external production help if bigger video projects come up.
3. Social Media & Platform Posting
- Schedule and publish content across channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Keep captions on-brand, encourage engagement, and promptly respond to comments where needed.
4. Brand Consistency
- Maintain visual and messaging guidelines, ensuring each piece aligns with the webiniser's vibe.
- Propose fresh visual ideas or "micro-content" strategies to keep the feed interesting.
5. Analytics & Iteration
- Track content performance (likes, shares, sign-ups) to see what resonates.
- Suggest improvements or new content angles based on real data, not guesswork.
6. Collaboration
- Work hand-in-hand with the Program Coordinator, Marketing, and any external designers.
- Attend occasional brainstorming sessions to align content output with upcoming events, promotions, or launches.
