Job details:
1. It s a full-time 4-9 month paid traineeship(probation period) leading to a guaranteed job.
2. The duration of the traineeship(probation period) depends on the experience & skill set you have. If you have previous experience in content strategy & marketing, the duration of the traineeship is shorter.
3. The learning during the traineeship(probation period) is equivalent to a PG course in Ad-PR & the stipend increases during the traineeship.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Work on content strategy and creation including social media marketing, newsletter & multimedia content creation using the latest marketing stack.
2. Work on growth hacking including landing page optimization - CRO & automation tools.
3. Be involved in podcast production & editing using AI tools like Descript.
4. Work on some cool stuff like social CRM & personalized marketing.
5. Build leads and conversions for workshops.
6. Use AI tools such as Merlin and Tugan.ai for content creation and optimization.

Other details-
1. Job location: Fully Remote
2. Traineeship stipend: 10,000 to 12,500 per month and increasing to 15,000- 20,000 per month at the end of the traineeship. (The candidate does not have to pay any money during the traineeship or probation period)
3. CTC: Rs. 3 lakhs to 4 lakhs per annum with half-yearly appraisals
Given the effort invested in training candidates, they will be expected to stay on for a minimum duration of 1.5 years post the end of the traineeship, and obviously longer if we both feel there is a fit.
1. Someone with a strong interest in Business and Marketing, who is also eager to learn.
2. We Dont believe in 70-hour work weeks but it’s an intellectually demanding traineeship and we need people who are self-driven and keen to learn.
3. The three skill sets that will be really appreciated are Professionalism, Self-driving for learning more about business and marketing, and an Aptitude for writing and creative thinking. Everything else can be learned.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
