Key responsibilities:

1. Title and Thumbnail Creation: Generate Multiple engaging and clickable titles and thumbnail texts daily, aimed at maximizing viewer engagement and clicks
2. Plot Development: Conceive Many compelling plot ideas daily to ensure titles and thumbnail texts are fully integrated with the video content
3. Script Review: Analyze and review one script per day to gain a deep understanding of the content, enabling the creation of relevant and enticing titles and thumbnail texts
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the video production team to align title and thumbnail text vision with overall video content and direction
5. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of videos related to titles and thumbnail texts, using views as a direct measure of success
6. Creative Innovation: Continuously explore new trends, formats, and strategies for title and thumbnail text creation to keep content fresh and appealing

Other requirements

1. Proven experience as a copywriter, title/thumbnail text writer, or related role, preferably in a digital or social media environment

4. Knowledge of YouTube platform guidelines, viewer preferences, and current trends

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the production team

6. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
