We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented 'Sales Executive' with a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. Ideally from a Health/Fitness sales background, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by conducting client consultation calls, selling personal training, yoga, pilates, etc. trials and packages, and nurturing long-term relationships with our valued members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct client consultation calls to understand their goals, timeline, and fitness needs.
2. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to secure new clients.
3. Sell personal training, yoga, nutrition coaching and other services, trials and packages to expand our membership base.
4. Coordinate with clients on feedback, program adjustments, and check-in calls to ensure their satisfaction.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records to ensure seamless service delivery.
6. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and growth strategies.
7. Actively pursue new clients through various channels, including online marketing, social media, and networking events.
8. Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
9. Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.

1. Candidate must be available to work from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 7:30 am - 5:00 pm India Standard Time)
Job Requirements:
· Proven experience in sales, ideally in the Health/Fitness industry.
· Demonstrated proficiency in tele-sales/telemarketing and customer service (post-sales).
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster trust.
· Impeccable time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Adeptness to work independently and as part of a team to achieve collective goals.
· Strong work ethic and unwavering dedication to achieving targets.
· Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Education & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Fluent English – excellent written & verbal communication
· Sales or Customer Service background
· Highly responsive via WhatsApp, email, and other modes of virtual communication
· Highly organized - need to keep track of many aspects
· Can work in a fast-paced environment
· Show initiative and willingness to learn
· Ability to work independently and efficiently
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
