Job Description:

We are seeking a self-driven Sales Executive from the Recruitment Industry to join our fast-growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with large-scale clients, understand their hiring needs, and present our recruitment Services to expedite their Hiring Process

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies targeting enterprise clients, including identifying key decision-makers and understanding their unique needs and challenges.
2. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients, focusing on providing tailored solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
3. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, maintaining a healthy pipeline of enterprise clients.
4. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and product capabilities.
5. Solution Presentation: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our platform to enterprise clients, showcasing its value in addressing their specific needs.
6. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, manage complex sales cycles, and effectively close enterprise-level deals.
7. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and product development.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Profile in the Recruitment Industry
3. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
4. Understanding of the HR market and the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector
5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade high-level decision-makers
6. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to sales
