Work Hours: Flexibility to work day shifts (9-hour login between 8 AM - 10 PM).
Work Schedule: Comfortable working 6 days a week, with a weekday off.

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,30,000 - 4,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,80,000 - 3,50,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 - 1,00,000 /year
