We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive/Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for software sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and Reach Out to Prospects:
Research potential clients and markets to identify new business opportunities
Reach out to potential clients through online channels, emails, and phone calls, cold calling
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive products, and pricing strategies
2. Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
Plan and prioritise sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including online and offline visits
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing our software solutions and addressing their needs
3. Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships or partner relationship
Understand client needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs effectively
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
4. Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, sales targets, and pipeline status
5. Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies for lead generation
Work closely with the technical team to understand product capabilities and limitations, ensuring accurate representation to clients
Requirements:
1. Proven as a business development Executive/Sales Executive in software sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
2. Strong understanding of software products and solutions, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audience effectively
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills
