Key responsibilities:
1. Brainstorm with the business development team to create new project and sales strategies, including lead generation and conversion
2. Take responsibility for end-to-end sales processes
3. Conduct cold calls, reach out to potential clients, close sales, and guide clients through the closing process
4. Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, maintaining short and long-term business development plans
5. Use CRM software to manage a pipeline of all sales administration
6. Work towards and meet sales targets, even under pressure, as this is a hardcore sales profile
7. Conduct calls and counsel students throughout the day
8. Provide 3 hours of talk time to demonstrate daily productivity
9. Be flexible to work on additional days and hours as required

1. Proven track record of overachieving sales targets in a B2C process/any client or customer interaction role
2. Work hard and party harder
3. Great communication and convincing skills
4. You believe that you can sell anything to anybody
5. You understand the dynamic and process of inside sales
