2. Ensure at least 15 high-quality job postings are added to the portal each week, targeting roles that are relevant and appealing to students.
3. Build and maintain relationships with companies and organizations to continuously bring in fresh opportunities for the portal.
4. Stay updated on industry trends to identify cool and unique job roles that resonate with our student community.
5. Collaborate with the team to ensure the job postings align with Femisphere's mission of empowering young women with work opportunities.
