1. Develop high-quality educational materials, including worksheets, practice problems, study guides, and assessments for high school math (e.g., Algebra, Geometry, Calculus) and science subjects (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
2. Create detailed and accurate answer keys and solution guides to accompany all content.
3. Review and improve existing resources to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with curriculum standards (e.g., Common Core, state standards, or college prep requirements).
4. Collaborate with tutors and program leaders to identify content needs and enhance instructional resources.
5. Ensure the quality of educational materials meets our standards for rigor, engagement, and student success.
6. Provide input on the overall direction of the tutoring program, proposing new topics, formats, or strategies to improve learning outcomes.
7. Stay informed about educational trends, exam formats (e.g., SAT, ACT, AP), and best practices in math and science instruction.
1. Candidate must be available to work from 6:30 am - 3:00 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Western Standard Time (Australia))
Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not required).
2. Proven experience creating educational content, preferably for high school students in math and/or science.
3. Strong understanding of high school math and science curricula and learning objectives.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in content and answer keys.
5. Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise, and student-friendly manner.
6. Experience with quality assurance or program oversight is a plus.
7. Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or educational software (e.g., LaTeX, Canvas, or similar) is preferred.
