Key responsibilities:

1. Listening attentively to customer complaints, empathizing with their concerns, and taking appropriate steps to resolve the issues effectively (Complex problems may be escalated to higher-level support or management if necessary)
2. Guiding customers on how to use a product or service effectively
3. Providing instructions, demonstrating features, or suggesting best practices to improve the customer's experience
