As a call center agent (m/f/d) you will be the first contact for our German-speaking customers/English Speaking customers and responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction. As part of our team, many exciting and varied challenges await you.
Key responsibilities:
1. Answering customer inquiries by phone and in writing
2. Providing customers assistance and solutions
3. Processing customer concerns via the internal ticket system
4. Inquiring about customer satisfaction based on ratings/reviews
5. Working on conflict resolution and prevention of negative reviews
6. Closing communication with our internal departments
German at minimum B1 Level
Having a call centre experience is preferable
Good oral and written ability in German & English both.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
High customer service orientation
Excellent communication skills for phone calls and emails
