Recruit Kart Private Limited is hiring for the role of customer service associate! It is a full-time fresher customer service work from home job for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The following are the key responsibilities for this role:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare various shipping documents via call.
2. Add order to the system.
3. Communicate with the customer by calling for the order progress & other questions.
4. Work with another teammate to prepare various reports.
5. Resolve the customer's queries and give the best solution.
Schedule:
- 9hr working. (1hr break)
- Rotational shifts
- 1 rotational week off
Position requirement:
1. Undergraduate candidates with excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
2. Immediate Joiner.
3. Should have own laptop or desktop with below specifications only:
- Windows 10 or above
- Wifi Speed 10mbps
- i5, i7 processor
- Webcam
4. Can work in rotational shifts.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,04,000 - 2,52,000 /year
