We are seeking a driven and energetic customer service representative (fresher) for a full-time remote role to join our dynamic support team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to start a career in customer service. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries on chat, e-mail, and calls, and escalating and providing solutions to customer issues.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming customer calls and do outbound calls for user retention.
2. Assist customers with inquiries about products/services.
3. Escalate and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly over calls/e-mail/chat.
4. Document and update customer records based on interactions.
5. Provide accurate information and support to customers.
6. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service.
