About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Act as the relationship manager for paid customers of NoBroker
2. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
3. Identify and assess customer needs to provide tailored solutions
4. Assist customers in finding the right tenant or house based on their requirements
5. Dial outbound and attend inbound calls from customers and leads
6. Utilize internal tools and methods to deliver the best possible service to customers
7. Negotiate with leads on behalf of customers to secure favorable terms
8. Keep customers updated on the progress of their accounts
9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain consistency and quality
10. Go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service

Other requirements

1. Possess education qualifications including 10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduates, or Post Graduates (0-3 years of experience)

2. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills

3. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, numerical, and analytical abilities

4. Display decision-making skills

5. Fluent in English, Hindi, and one of the following: Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil

6. Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word)

7. Be flexible for day shifts (9-hour login between 8 AM - 10 PM)

8. Comfortable working 6 days a week, with a weekday off

9. Possess a laptop with a webcam, good speed internet connection, and power backup
