About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build customer trust by understanding their requirements and satisfactorily addressing them based on sound product and industry knowledge.
2. Drive product adoption and usage throughout the customer/user lifecycle.
3. Perform regular customer health checks to monitor product usage, identify gaps in user engagement, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.
4. Create and execute relevant training programs/collaterals to educate customers on products and features.
5. Represent the voice of the customer and provide feedback to sales, support, and product teams.
6. Secure customer subscription renewals for the assigned accounts.
7. Identify opportunities for customers to act as advocates for our offerings (e.g., testimonials, case studies).

CRM Effective Communication Sales
Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (preferably in the EdTech or publishing industry)

2. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

3. Fondness for engaging with customers

4. Openness to travel (10-15 days per month)

5. Excellent spoken and written English skills

6. Strong listening, negotiation, and communication skills

7. Excellent organizational skills

8. Proficiency in telephone etiquette and willingness to engage with customers and users in person, by phone, or digitally

9. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

10. Experience using customer management tools (e.g., CRM, customer support tools)

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 5,00,000 /year
