Key responsibilities:

1. Support customers daily via email, forums, or other communication channels
2. Deliver solutions by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding customers to resolve their issues
3. Ensure that all requests are followed up and closed effectively
4. Maintain logs and generate status summaries for the management team
5. Improve support practices wherever possible
6. Build relationships with customers and internal teams

6. High level of energy and motivation
