Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to user queries through chat, phone calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner.
2. Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues.
3. Document and track user interactions and feedback.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support.
5. Identify and escalate issues that require urgent attention.
6. Continuously learn about our products and services to better assist customers.
7. Contribute to process improvements and provide feedback on support tools and procedures.
8. Simultaneous contribution in R&D and other required projects like gathering and maintaining a database.

Location: Work from anywhere in India/permanently remote, India
Working Hours: 9-hour shift (Between 5:30 AM - 7:30 PM PST)
Working Days: 5 days working (5 Day rotational shifts between Monday to Saturday, 2 weekly offs)

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.

6. Customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping people.

7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

8. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
