About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain regular communication with courier services to ensure timely delivery as per Service Level Agreements (SLA)
2. Process order return requests efficiently, updating relevant systems with accurate information
3. Monitor dispatched orders to verify the Order Fulfillment Details (OFD) based on various delivery types (e.g., same day, next day, GCC, international)
4. Address and resolve issues related to returns, exchanges, and other customer concerns
5. Initiate the claim process with the courier in case of any shipment damage

Other requirements

Any graduation (Science preferred)

Location: WFH

Experience: 1-3 years (Freshers with internship experience can apply)

Salary

Probation:

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year
