We are seeking a customer-focused Support Executive to join our team at Getbit. Money, a leading FinTech company. This role is key to delivering exceptional customer experiences by addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing end-to-end support for our products. The position requires rotational shifts to cater to global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support:
Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with troubleshooting platform and service-related issues.
2. Technical Assistance:
Collaborate with the technical team to resolve escalated concerns.
Guide users through system functionalities, account setups, and transactions.
3. Issue Resolution:
Identify, investigate, and resolve customer complaints.
Document interactions and escalate unresolved cases when required.
4. Customer Education:
Educate customers about product features and updates.
Provide proactive suggestions to enhance customer experience.
5. Feedback and Reporting:
Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
Maintain detailed logs and generate reports on interactions and resolutions.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT, or a related field.
2. Experience in customer support, preferably in FinTech or financial services, is a plus.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is beneficial.
5. Problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure effectively.
6. Tech-savvy with a quick grasp of new technologies.
7. Availability for rotational shifts to support customers globally.
