The extraction analyst is responsible for collecting data from various sources to extract relevant information and insights that play a critical role in improving operational efficiency and driving business growth. This opportunity is contractual for twelve (12) months and the individual will be expected to work in rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, evening, and night), must be flexible as they may need to support extra (weekends) based on the requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the ops team on extracting relevant information from various sources to train the AI model.
2. Perform quality assurance to ensure the accuracy of the extracted data exceeds 95% and above.
3. Annotate data to build a common library of information that will be used to train the models for automation.
4. Improve extraction processes to save time or simplify the extraction process and/or improve the quality of extractions.
5. Adhere to the SLAs and timelines while working with the team.
Skills:
1. Communication skills, and work in collaboration with the team.
2. Proficiency in Excel, word, and PDF.
3. Attention to detail - focus on data accuracy and quality.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality results within time constraints.
Education and experience:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. 0-1 years of experience
3. Monthly salary - Rs. 25,000/- (TDS applicable).
4. Allowance for working in rotational shifts and on public holidays as per policy.
