About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Posting Payments: Accurately post insurance payments to patient accounts from various sources including EFT, checks, and credit cards.
2. Claims Management: Process and track dental insurance claims, ensuring timely submission and follow-up.
3. Payment Reconciliation: Reconcile payments received with outstanding claims and patient accounts.
4. Communication: Communicate with insurance companies to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
5. Patient Interaction: Address patient inquiries regarding billing and payment procedures.
6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient billing records.
Reporting: Generate and review financial reports to ensure accuracy in payment posting.
7. Compliance: Stay updated with dental insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.

1. Education: Minimum of an undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
