Requisites:

1. Experienced with design thinking methodologies and user-centered design approaches.
2. Familiar with eCommerce and digital businesses you understand the online space.
3. Strong strategic thinker who can translate insights into actionable design solutions.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, or equivalent design tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to enhance digital experiences.
2. Develop and execute design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions effectively.
4. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize user experiences (We'll train you on the data part!).
5. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best design practices.
