Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website
2. Optimize website content and copy for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic
3. Manage and monitor social media accounts to engage with followers and create impactful content that resonates with our audience
4. Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
5. Analyze and report on digital marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign strategies
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital marketing efforts remain innovative and competitive
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives and initiatives

Other requirements

4. Be familiar with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools

5. Exhibit creativity with excellent communication and analytical skills

6. Show ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

7. Have certifications in Digital Marketing (a plus)

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year
