We are looking for an experienced and creative 'Digital Marketing Specialist' to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and generating leads through various online platforms, as well as analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies for better results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
2. Develop and manage content for the company's website, blogs, social media accounts, and other digital platforms to drive engagement and conversions.
3. Optimize the company's online presence, including on-page and off-page SEO to improve website rankings.
4. Conduct keyword research, monitor website performance, and use tools like Google Analytics to track and report on campaign performance.
5. Analyze and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and recommend changes to improve performance.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive leads and sales.
7. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including setting up ad campaigns, tracking ROI, and ensuring optimal budget allocation.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media.
9. Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
10. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
1. Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Experience with email marketing platforms and content management systems likely WordPress.
4. Knowledge of basic creative design tools Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
5. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
6. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
7. Proficiency with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
10. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
