Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and development of satellite systems, including subsystem integration and optimization.
2. Coordinate interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
3. Conduct performance analysis, risk assessments, and validation of satellite components.
4. Develop and maintain system-level documentation, including requirements, specifications, and test plans.
5. Support environmental testing and launch readiness activities.
6. Collaborate closely with the founding team to define technical strategies and roadmaps.

4. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
