Key responsibilities:

3. Plan and execute event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual setup
4. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality
5. Create engaging event content, including presentations, proposals, and promotional materials, utilizing your proficiency in MS Office
6. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure the highest quality of services
7. Monitor and evaluate event success, gathering feedback from clients and attendees, and identifying areas for improvement
