Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an Executive Office Manager or in a similar administrative role supporting senior management.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools.
5. Experience managing complex travel arrangements and schedules.
6. Additional skills: Project management, and confidentiality management.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
1. Experience in a corporate environment or supporting C-suite executives is highly desirable.
2. Familiarity with budget management and expense tracking.
