As an export marketing executive at Integral Overseas, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our export activities. Your proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, CRM, and digital marketing, along with excellent spoken English, will be essential in driving our international growth.
Key responsibilities:
1. Sales & Lead Generation: 20-30 cold calls, 50 DMs, and 50 emails daily to potential clients.
2. Identify and qualify leads through research and communication.
3. Client Relationship Management: Update and manage client data in CRM software.
4. Respond to client queries and build long-term relationships.
5. Marketing Research: Research methods to find international clients.
6. Analyze competitors and suggest actionable insights.
7. Deal Closing: Convert leads into clients through negotiation and follow-ups.
8. Prepare tailored proposals and close deals.
9. Administrative & Reporting: Create daily/weekly reports on outreach and performance.
10. Use Excel and Word for data management and presentations.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Incoterms, banking terms, and trade documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
Skills in social media outreach and email marketing.
Communication Skills:
Fluent in English for telecalling and professional communication.
Strong writing and negotiation skills.
Knowledge Requirements:
Understanding export-import basics and client sourcing methods.
Familiarity with international trade and banking processes.
