Field Sales Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage relationships with dentists through direct in-person meetings across a specific region of Bangalore
2. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently
3. Gain a deep understanding of the products and communicate effectively during meetings
4. Adhere to sales processes regularly to ensure excellent customer experiences

Requirements:

1. Any degree with 1-3 years of field sales experience
2. Prior sales experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus
3. Proven track record in consistently delivering on sales targets
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
5. Ability to manage daily customer visits and meet targets with excellent problem-solving skills
