Requirements:
1. Hold any graduate degree (SSC or HSC)
2. Meet the age requirement of 18 and above
3. Gain experience as a fresher or have prior work experience
4. Develop awareness of the client process
5. Understand collections with thorough knowledge of processes and SLAs
6. Plan and arrange for collections efficiently
7. Maintain a cordial and polite approach in interactions
8. Acquire field collection experience
9. Demonstrate a hardworking and dedicated attitude
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,20,000 - 2,70,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 20,000 - 30,000 /year
