Field Sales Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Selling & marketing of Babyhug products to the pharmacies/medical shops and hospitals.
2. Ensure to make required no of calls daily to prospective customers. New lead generation for company by creating a pipeline of prospective Clients through cold calling. Responsible for collections for the sales done.
3. Engage prospective clients through calls, text, WhatsApp & e-mails to understand their requirement and suitably set-up meetings.
4. A good team player, positive attitude & a will to learn.
5. Achieving sales targets within assigned area.
6. Maintains quality service by following organization standards
7. Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company s customer base.
8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
9. Being responsible for new product launches, distribution and visibility.
10. Sales promotion activities and work site activities to increase the visibility
11. Being responsible of primary & secondary sales.
12. Hospital visit (Pediatric/Gyn) to manage distribution of FC box.
13. Collect & maintain record of box distribution.
14. Maintain good relation with nursing/hospital staff for hassle free distribution.
15. Reporting to RM.
