Field Service Technician Fresher Job (Remote)

Purpose of the role : Provide right data to data analytics team. Critical intermediary between Data team and Subject on
customer/research premises.

Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor field performance and improve digital solutions on an ongoing basis on various customer premises.
Field visits for providing right data on research and post sales in respective research/customer premises.
Validation of solution accuracy of above data in research/customer premises & communicating the same to
data team
Identifying new insights from the data
Guiding data analytics team on opportunities to improve the accuracy.

2. New projects
Implementation of new projects in the field
Monitoring the effectiveness of the implemented solutions
Conducting design of experiments for the new solution
Tracking the performance
Validating the improvement of the solutions

3. Strategic partnership
Executing the strategic partnership objectives in the field
Carrying out close monitoring of the solution
Validating the data captured in the field

4. Executing improvements as suggested by data team
Participate in new observational data as suggested by data team
Execute improvement actions
Monitoring the effectiveness of improvement

5. Routine field monitoring and validation
Carrying out routine data validation exercises at customer/research premises providing structured data in specified formats to the backend team providing support in all field validation exercises and trials as required by the data analysis team
