Founders Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

As a founder's associate at YZI, you are expected to wear multiple hats and be one step ahead of the game while being assigned to a specific vertical like operations, HR, L&D, finance, technology, marketing, product development, sales & BD, customer experience, etc. You will be the operational force that powers our founding team & CEO. You will use the craft to unblock things for the CEO, helping him effectively execute his every day.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations: Providing administrative support to the CEO, including meeting cadence, calendar management, scheduling his appointments, meeting coordination, help run tight hiring processes and other administrative tasks. Acting as a liaison between the founders and various departments, facilitating communication and alignment on priorities.
2. Planning: Proactive advance planning for all management committee meetings and Board meetings (including preparation/editing of presentation where required). Collaborating with internal teams to gather data and information for various projects
3. Strategy: Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, and use this knowledge to inform CEO take strategic decisions.
4. Innovation: Conducting research, be social media aware, fact-check existing work and preparing reports and summaries
5. Leadership: Supporting the CEO in driving cross-functional initiatives and projects to support the growth and success of the company. Tracking and helping drive the completion of key deliverables and work with some of the brightest minds in the creative ecosystem.
6. Business development: Supporting business development efforts, including lead generation, client outreach, and partnership development. Assisting in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
