Key responsibilities:

1. Develop creative and engaging social media posts aligned with our client's brand identity
2. Collaborate with clients to create compelling content, including stories, educational materials, and interactive elements
3. Analyze market trends & design products for the clients
4. Contribute to content strategies that align with our agency and clients' goals and values
5. Work on staying updated on industry trends and children's interests to maintain fresh and relevant content

Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Adobe Photoshop

Learn Graphic Design

Other requirements

1. Proven graphic design experience, preferably in the kids' industry

2. Strong storytelling skills, appealing to both children and parents

3. Familiarity with social media platforms and a creative approach to creation

4. Passion for understanding the unique needs and preferences of the target audience

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
