About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & onboarding: Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and coordinating new hire onboarding.
2. Employee records & documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and assist in preparing HR documents such as contracts, offer letters and policy updates.
3. HR support: Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits and leave, while contributing to employee engagement activities.
4. Administrative coordination: Manage meeting schedules, handle communication and organize virtual sessions and team events.
5. File & office management: Maintain digital filing systems and support the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
6. Vendor management: Coordinate with external vendors and oversee office supplies or virtual tool subscriptions.
7. Content mapping support: Assist in organizing and mapping content for eLearning modules, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Other requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

2. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Work ethic: Hard-working, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently.

4. Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an eagerness to learn collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).

5. Team collaboration: Ability to work well in a team, with a positive attitude towards remote teamwork.
