Key Responsibilities:

1. Source, pre-screen, and present qualified candidates to clients.
2. Make several recruitment-related calls each day.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders during the hiring process.
4. Conduct reference and background checks.
5. Oversee the job offer process.
6. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, including planning and preparing for training.
7. Assist with onboarding to ensure new hires are fully prepared to start.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
