2. Follow up with these companies in doing so & build valuable connections
3. Connect with all the companies who are trying to do something on their own on the HR portal
4. Give a demo of the portal - www.benchgeeks.com
5. Connect them both & close the deal if there is a match in requirements and resources
6. Make sure that all the requirements that get generated on the portal - get at least 2 profiles - via/without our portal (via the portal is better)
7. Make sure there is no dummy data on the portal
8. Take video screening of people who are going for an interview
9. Know how to use Resdex (Naukri) and other HR sites to find new suitable resource profiles from the market
10. Connect with new companies to get them registered on our portal
11. Gives valuable improvement suggestions that upgrade our portal for better
12. Send out WhatsApp messages on the group about hot requirements - ultimately to get a resource hired/ deployed

14. Check if the requirements are getting listed on the portal correctly

16. Sends out newsletter of hot requirements and hot bench resources 2 times in a week
