Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

Selected HR's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to onboarding successful applicants
2. Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and alignment with our organization's values
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience
4. Help manage and maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
5. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth communication and timely updates throughout the recruitment process
6. Assist in various administrative tasks related to recruitment, including organizing recruitment drives and job fairs
