1. Work on talent acquisition and recruitment
2. Work on onboarding and orientation
3. Handle employee relations
4. Work on performance management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, set goals, and facilitate professional development
5. Work on training and development: Identify training needs within the organization and design training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. This may include technical training, leadership development, and soft skills training

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)
