Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team at Capital Engineering company. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources functions and ensuring the smooth running of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
