As an HR Manager at Capsule CRM, you will be at the forefront of managing our most valuable asset - our employees. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. Your proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-Word will be crucial in analyzing HR data and creating reports. Your strong English proficiency, both spoken and written, will enable you to effectively communicate with employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies to attract and retain top talent.
2. Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
3. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
4. Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
5. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
6. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
7. Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
