We are seeking a dynamic and experienced 'Human Resources Specialist' to join our team at Tractican! As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting interviews and screening candidates to fill open positions within the company
2. Managing employee relations, including addressing conflicts and conducting performance evaluations
3. Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training
4. Implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements
5. Handling employee benefits administration, such as enrollment and communication
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records using MS Word and MS Excel
7. Providing support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues
