As a 'Human Resources (HR) Specialist' at Zupersoft Solutions Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing our employees and ensuring a productive and positive work environment. Your expertise in English proficiency (spoken and written) and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word will be key in carrying out your responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and conduct recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
2. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
3. Administer employee benefits and payroll systems accurately and efficiently.
4. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to comply with company standards and legal requirements.
5. Handle employee relations issues and conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
6. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
7. Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management on various HR-related matters.
