Dobby Ads is hiring for the role of junior graphic designer! It is a full-time fresher graphic design work-from-home job for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The following are the key responsibilities for this role:
Key responsibilities:
1. Interpret client needs and project goals to create aligned design concepts.
2. Turn ideas into engaging graphics following design guidelines.
3. Develop branding assets, compositions, and infographics as needed.
4. Collaborate with the design team to ensure a cohesive and consistent visual identity.
5. Revise designs based on feedback from clients and team members.
6. Support the senior design team with various tasks as required, including research and brainstorming sessions.
7. Stay current with design trends and best practices.
Educational requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, visual communication, applied arts, or any other design-related stream.
2. Candidates who have graduated in the year 2023 or 2024 are only eligible to apply.

Requirements:
1. Detail-oriented with a strong portfolio in digital marketing, branding, logo design, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
2. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
3. Solid understanding of design principles including color theory, composition, and typography
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
