Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Adaptation: Create and adapt designs for various digital formats using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
2. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual quality
3. Multiple Sizes and Formats: Quickly and efficiently adapt existing designs into multiple sizes and formats as required for various platforms and media
4. Creative Thinking: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, solving design challenges with creativity and efficiency
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visuals that align with project goals
6. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field

2. Preferably in a digital or online environment

3. Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of other design tools is a plus

4. Ability to quickly adapt designs into various sizes and formats without compromising on quality

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills

6. Ability to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to design challenges

7. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all design work

8. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a remote work environment

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
