Key responsibilities:

1. Working on a variety of projects, being tasked with creating designs for social media, brochures, marketing collaterals, and more
2. Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
3. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets

Other requirements

1. Experience: A strong portfolio of work

2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with tight deadlines

3. Understanding of typography and design concepts

4. Skilled in Photoshop & Illustrator (Affinity Designer, Canva & Figma are a plus)

5. Ability to communicate clearly

6. Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus

7. Quick learner with the adaptability to grasp new concepts swiftly

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
