About the job

As a public relations and marketing executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the overall communication and marketing strategies for the company. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive brand image, enhancing market presence, and driving engagement with target audiences.

Key responsibilities:

1. Strategic planning: Develop and implement integrated public relations and marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels
2. Media relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Draft press releases, organize press conferences, and manage media inquiries
3. Content creation: Create compelling and engaging content for various channels, including press releases, social media, website, and marketing collateral
4. Social media management: Develop and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics
5. Event management: Plan and coordinate events, product launches, and promotional activities to maximize brand exposure. Manage logistics, invitations, and post-event evaluations
6. Brand management: Safeguard and enhance the company's brand reputation through consistent messaging and positive interactions. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats
7. Market research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and growth opportunities. Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing and PR campaigns
8. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives
9. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the performance of PR and marketing activities. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field

5. Excellent organizational and project management abilities

6. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box

7. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools

8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
